Compliance and Safety Training

Documented, defensible, and built to hold up under audit. For organisations where training is not optional and where the records need to be right.

What makes compliance training different

Compliance training is not just educational content. It is evidence. When a regulator, insurer, or auditor asks whether your workers have been trained, you need documentation that answers that question clearly — who completed what, when, and whether they passed.

That means the training program itself needs to be designed with accountability in mind from the start: tracked completion, scored assessments with minimum pass marks, version control when regulations change, and an audit trail that holds up when it matters.

We build compliance programs for organisations where the stakes are real. The content is accurate to your jurisdiction and your workplace. The records work. And when something changes, updating the program does not require rebuilding it from scratch.

Compliance program components

Regulatory Content Writing

We write content that accurately reflects your legal obligations, your policies, and your workplace context. Not generic legal language translated from a liability checklist — actual training that explains what workers need to understand and why it matters in their specific role.

Scored Assessments

We design assessments that test genuine understanding — not rote recall of policy wording. Minimum pass marks, multiple attempt settings, and remediation pathways where the learner is directed back to specific content if they fail a section.

SCORM Tracking and Completion Records

We package every compliance module as a SCORM file that reports completion, score, and time to your LMS. Your platform generates the completion records. We test it works before handover. No manual tracking, no spreadsheets, no gaps in your audit trail.

Version Control and Update Plans

Regulations change. We build compliance programs with updates in mind, so when a policy or legal requirement shifts, you are not rebuilding from scratch. We document the version of each module and can support annual or triggered reviews as part of a retainer arrangement.

Supporting Video Content

For safety topics especially, showing is more effective than telling. We produce short scenario-based videos that illustrate real-world situations — the kind of content that actually changes behaviour rather than just generating a completion certificate.

Program Documentation

We produce a written program document that records the learning objectives, content sources, assessment criteria, and pass standards for each module. This is your evidence that the training was designed to meet a specific regulatory standard, not assembled from a content library.

We know the regulatory contexts you operate in

Compliance requirements vary significantly by industry, jurisdiction, and workplace type. We have built compliance programs across all of these environments.

Compliance training FAQs

Does compliance training need to be SCORM?

Not always, but SCORM tracking is the most reliable way to generate the completion evidence that auditors and regulators expect. If your LMS supports SCORM, we recommend it. If you do not have an LMS, we can help you find a low-cost platform that works, or we can explore alternative completion record approaches for your situation.

How do you handle regulatory updates?

We build compliance programs with updates in mind. For content tied to legislation or standards that change regularly, we design the module architecture so that affected sections can be updated without re-building the whole course. We can also provide ongoing maintenance as part of a retainer arrangement — particularly useful for organisations with several compliance modules that need annual review.

Can you include a scored assessment with a minimum pass mark?

Yes, and this is standard practice in our compliance builds. We design assessment questions to test genuine understanding of the material — not recall of exact wording from the policy document. We can include multiple attempt settings and remediation pathways, where a learner who fails is directed back to the specific content they struggled with before retaking.

What industries do you have compliance experience in?

We have built compliance programs for construction and safety, financial services, healthcare support, manufacturing, municipal and government, professional associations, and utilities. Each sector has its own regulatory context and documentation expectations, and we have worked within all of them.

Can the training program be used as evidence in an incident investigation?

Yes, if it is designed correctly. We produce program documentation that records what was taught, to what standard, and based on which regulatory requirement. The SCORM completion records in your LMS show who completed the training and when. Together, these constitute a defensible training record. We will advise at the scoping stage if there are specific evidentiary requirements we should design around.
