How we work
You'll always know where things stand
Most training projects fall apart because of poor handoffs, unclear feedback loops, and no one keeping track of the big picture. We've built a process that fixes all of that.
Discover, we ask the questions that actually matter
Before we write a word or open a tool, we get clear on who your learners are, what they need to be able to do differently, and what's already in place. We ask the questions that prevent rework later, about your audience, your constraints, your timeline, and what success actually looks like for you. Most clients find this session alone clarifies things they hadn't thought through.
Design, nothing gets built until you've signed off
We map out the learning structure, what gets covered, in what order, how it's assessed, what format works best. You review and approve a storyboard or outline before we touch production. Format, tone, branding, and learning objectives are all locked in here, so there are no expensive surprises later when 80% of the work is done.
Build, real feedback at real checkpoints
Development happens in structured rounds, not one long silence followed by a big reveal. You see work in progress at defined checkpoints and give feedback before we push forward. Your input shapes the outcome, not just the polish at the end. Most projects have two review rounds; complex ones might have three. Either way, you're never waiting in the dark.
Launch & improve, we don't disappear at the finish line
Delivery means your content is packaged, tested, and ready to go, SCORM files, video exports, LMS upload support, whatever your setup requires. Post-launch, we can help you track completion data, gather learner feedback, and iterate on what isn't landing. Good training improves over time. We help you keep it current.
Working with us shouldn't feel like work
We've been on the other side of bad agency experiences. Here's what we do differently.
Things people usually want to know before starting
How long does a typical project take?
A standard eLearning module (30–45 minutes) runs 6–10 weeks from kickoff to delivery. Onboarding videos are quicker, usually 3–5 weeks. That said, the biggest variable is feedback speed. Teams that review promptly at each checkpoint consistently finish ahead of schedule.
What do I actually need to provide?
Whatever you have. Raw policies, existing slide decks, interview notes, a voice memo from your SME, we can work from all of it. A proper brief helps, but it's not a prerequisite. The Discover phase exists partly to help you figure out what we need.
What happens after we launch?
We offer ongoing support for updates and revisions. A lot of clients bring us on subscription so there's always someone ready to refresh content as things change, policy updates, new roles, product changes. Nothing becomes outdated and forgotten.
We have an LMS, will you work with it?
Almost certainly yes. We package to SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI depending on what your platform supports, and we test before delivery. No more uploading something and realising the tracking doesn't work three weeks in.
Ready to get started?
Send us a note about your project, rough ideas welcome. We'll take it from there.
