Our core business is bespoke content creation, scoped and priced per project. We're also exploring an ongoing retainer model for organisations that want continuous L&D support.
Bespoke project pricing
You come to us with a brief. We scope the work, give you a clear quote, and build it. Every project is priced individually. There is no fixed rate card, because the cost of a two-minute microlearning module is very different to a ten-module compliance programme.
What shapes the cost?
Format (video, interactive module, slide deck, etc.), length, complexity of content, number of revision rounds, and how much source material you can provide. We'll always be upfront about what drives the price before work begins.
How does it work?
Send us a brief, even a rough one. We'll have a conversation, understand what you're trying to achieve, and come back with a written quote. Once approved, we start. You review and request revisions. We deliver final files.
Do I need to know what format I need?
Not at all. A lot of clients come to us knowing the outcome they want but not the format. We'll help you figure out what's actually going to work for your audience and your budget.

L&D on a monthly retainer
For organisations with a consistent, ongoing training need, our monthly retainer gives you a dedicated L&D team without the cost of hiring in-house. Instead of quoting each project individually, you have a set capacity available every month. We work through your training priorities, keep the output coming, and stay close enough to your business that you will never need to re-brief us.
It suits teams with a regular pipeline of work: ongoing compliance updates, continuous onboarding, evolving product training, or a backlog they want to steadily work through.
But the structure would depend on your volume and needs. No commitment required. Just a conversation to see if it makes sense.

How do I get a quote for a bespoke project?
Just reach out with a brief. Rough notes are fine. We'll have a short conversation to understand what you need, then come back with a written estimate. No obligation.
How quickly can you turn work around?
It depends on the scope. A short video or microlearning asset can often be turned around in a week or two. A full eLearning module or multi-video series takes longer. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Do I need to provide content and scripts?
No. We can work from rough notes, existing materials, or just a brief description of what people need to learn. The less polished the input, the more we can help shape it.
Is the retainer suitable for every organisation?
It works best when there's a consistent flow of L&D work: new policies, regular onboarding, compliance refreshes, growing teams. If your training needs are occasional or project-specific, bespoke project pricing is usually the better fit. We'll tell you which makes sense for you.
