Finding that person takes time. The trainers worth hiring are not listed on a freelancer marketplace. They work inside regulatory bodies, research institutions, professional associations, and specialist consultancies. Each one has a different way of being reached, a different way of quoting, and a different lead time.
You give us a brief. We come back with a shortlist of vetted candidates and a placement plan. If we cannot find someone who fits, there is no fee.

From brief to trainer in the room
Brief
We spend 30–45 mins understanding what you need. Audience, topic, format, dates, budget, and what “qualified” looks like for this particular session.
Source
We reach out through the right channels for the brief. That might be a professional association, an institutional training office, a specialist consultancy, or someone in our own network. We do not rely on a single roster.
Vet
We verify qualifications, check recent delivery experience, and have a working call with each shortlisted candidate. You meet the final 2 or 3, not the long list.
Place
We handle the contract, the scheduling, pre-session coordination, and invoicing. The trainer arrives prepared. You stay focused on everything else.

Practitioners who have worked inside the regulatory environment that governs your industry. Not someone who has read the guidance, but someone who helped write it or enforce it.
Sector and operational training
Technical instructors with hands-on industry experience in manufacturing, energy, transportation, healthcare, or public sector operations. We screen for teaching capability alongside subject knowledge.

Facilitators with a track record of running corporate workshops on management fundamentals, performance conversations, and change leadership. We assess how they deliver, not just what is on their CV.

Cybersecurity, applied artificial intelligence (AI) literacy, environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting, accessibility, and data protection. Specialists who actively work in the field and can teach from experience.
Custom briefs
Niche topics where we have to go and find the right person. A former head of a specific regulatory programme, a recognised academic in a narrow field, or an operator from a particular institution. If they exist and they take corporate work, we will find them.
Where this service fits
This service is for corporate, workforce, and worksite training only. The brief is always tied to a workplace skill, a regulatory requirement, or a capability the organisation needs to build. If your need sits outside that scope, we will say so at the briefing call and point you to a better channel where we can.
Not a fit for
- Personal training, fitness, or wellness coaching for individuals
- University executive education referrals, or sourcing instructors for university degree programmes and accredited certifications
- Long-term staffing or permanent hiring of an in-house trainer
- Self-serve marketplace browsing (we do not publish a public roster)

Quoted per engagement, contingent on placement
We quote a sourcing fee for each engagement. That is either a percentage of the trainer’s contracted fee or a flat fee for harder-to-find specialists. The trainer sets their own rate and we do not mark it up. Our fee is explained in writing before any work begins, and it is contingent on placement. If we cannot find a trainer who fits, you do not pay.

Trainer sourcing FAQs
How is this different from a marketplace like Catalant or Upwork?
We are not a self-serve platform. You give us a brief and we go find the right person, vet them, and place them. There is no roster to browse. The sourcing channels we use are not searchable in one place, which is the whole reason this service exists.
How long does sourcing take?
Common topics can usually be matched within 1–2 weeks. Niche briefs where we need a very specific profile can take 3–6 weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline at the briefing stage.
What happens if you cannot find a suitable trainer?
You pay nothing. If we cannot find someone who fits the brief, we say so and there is no charge. We would rather turn down a brief than place the wrong person.
