For organisations with a consistent, ongoing training need, we offer a flat monthly retainer. It is your team's dedicated L&D resource, without the overhead of hiring in-house. Instead of quoting individual projects, you have a set amount of capacity available every month to work through your training backlog.
It's a straightforward arrangement: we stay close to your team, understand your training priorities, and keep the work moving. No re-briefing, no delays, no surprises on cost.
